This policy covers this website only. Mileage Ace, including its trackers, website and apps, has its own privacy policy, published at www.mileage-ace.com.

What we collect when you visit

This site has no accounts, no forms, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. We do not set cookies, and every file on the site is served from this domain.

Like any website, the servers that deliver it receive technical information your browser sends with each request: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user-agent string. Our hosting provider, Laravel Cloud, and the network that delivers the site, Cloudflare, process this information to serve pages and to protect the site from attacks and abuse. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies, such as __cf_bm and _cfuvid, to tell people apart from automated traffic. They are not used for advertising and do not track you across other websites.

We rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure website. Server logs are kept only as long as they are needed for security and troubleshooting.

If you contact us

If you email or phone us, we use your name, contact details and what you tell us to reply to you. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or on taking steps you have asked for before entering into a contract. We keep correspondence only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing. It is processed only by the service providers named above and our email provider, acting on our behalf, and by anyone we are legally required to share it with.

Transfers outside the UK

Our service providers may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards that UK data protection law requires.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
